SalesForce XMPie Circle integration

Deploy omnichannel communication campaigns based on data, wherever they are

Even today, industry players who consider getting into direct marketing or omnichannel communication still ask this question: "OK, we may be ready to invest in these XMPie licenses and maintenance contracts, but you'll provide the data, won't you? "

Actually, the answer is obviously: "We won't! "

Of course, we don't have these data, and it's perfectly normal that the direct marketing or omnichannel communication service provider doesn't either. The one who has the data is, of course, the customer, whether they are an industrial company, a bank, a retailer, a public organization or an NGO.

While the service provider has invested in a software solution that can generate and deliver highly personalized, relevant, and visually rich messages, robust enough to create communication campaigns with astonishing conversion rates that will impress the customer.

And the service provider has also invested in industrial printing and finishing equipments, as the print media is still reknown for its strong memorability and ability to call to action.

Now, you might say there's a flaw in this otherwise excellent demonstration: on the one hand, the customer has something valuable that the service provider doesn't (the data); on the other hand, the service provider has something efficient that the customer doesn't necessarily have (the tools). How could the two be integrated? In a seamless and automated way, avoiding the file transfers that were the lifeblood of industry back in our grandmothers' days?

Let's take a concrete example: your customer uses Salesforce, with all the data known to their company or organization; while the (internal or external) service provider knows how to deploy omnichannel communication campaigns with its XMPie Circle and uProduce platforms, but doesn't have SalesForce.

Let's have a dream:

  • what, if the Salesforce users stayed safely within Salesforce, using their usual filters to select their contacts?
  • what, if there was a "magic button" in Salesforce, allowing them to launch an XMPie omnichannel communication campaign?
  • what, if this "magic button" could "mark" the Salesforce contacts as having been targeted?
  • and what, if interactions by consumers within the XMPie omnichannel communication campaign were recorded in Salesforce?

What? Actually, we developed this integration. SalesForce XMPie Circle integration
